Dimitra Technology is proud to announce its partnership with the Mafcom/Mafricom Group to support European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) compliance for coffee exports. One of the largest food and beverage conglomerates in Central and West Africa, Mafcom/Mafricom will use Dimitra’s EUDR Web Portal to ensure its coffee sourcing operations meet the EU’s strict deforestation-free traceability requirements.

The Mafcom/Mafricom Group operates in DRC, Republic of Congo, Angola, and Ghana — with offices, factories, and distribution centers across strategic locations. Mafcom/Mafricom sources quality products from around the globe and distributes them through an extensive network, focusing on affordability, local economic impact, and sustainable development.

Under this partnership, Dimitra’s EUDR Web Portal enables Mafcom to upload GeoJSON- Farm Data and manage verification workflows. The system will initially support compliance for 1,000+ coffee farms, with the group aiming to export over 2,000 metric tonnes of coffee annually to the European Union. Mafcom is also expanding into cocoa plantations, signaling the potential for broader application of Dimitra’s compliance tools.

Training has already begun, with the first onboarding session held this week. The portal deployment is now live, and additional Dimitra tools, such as the Connected Coffee App, are expected to be adopted in later phases to further streamline data collection and farmer engagement.

Looking ahead, Mafcom plans to integrate Dimitra’s ESG Compass by Q1 2026, enabling even deeper alignment with sustainability and reporting metrics.

“This partnership reflects a shared commitment to modernizing agriculture with transparency at the core,” said Tushar Maharaj Singh, Dimitra’s Director for South Asia. “By equipping leading agribusinesses like Mafcom with tools to meet global compliance standards, we’re opening new doors for African producers to thrive in the global marketplace.”

This collaboration underscores Dimitra’s mission to empower agricultural producers and exporters with blockchain-based solutions that simplify compliance, promote traceability, and unlock new markets for smallholder farmers and large enterprises alike.
