Dimitra has had a productive August, and we wanted to share some of our latest updates with you all in one place! With that, we have decided to do a Month in Review to help you keep up with the latest-and-greatest news!
Dimitra has recently joined Unizen’s decentralized incubator ZenX. Dimitra and Unizen will work together to build an all-in-one decentralized platform for connected farming.
As for ZenX, the opportunity to incubate Dimitra marks an important milestone in its mission to empower projects with real-world value. In a bid to revolutionize agriculture, ZenX looks at giving Dimitra a space to develop as well as technical and legislative tools as an exciting challenge

This video is an interview with Jon Trask, CEO of Dimitra Incorporated. “Dimitra is an agricultural technology company committed to advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). They have designed a software platform targeted at the upstream end of the agrifood value chain, this includes the world’s approximately 570 million farms plus input suppliers, service providers, equipment suppliers and ancillary businesses. We deep dive into supply chain provenance, supply chain traceability, big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence and how these technologies are solving the pain points of smallholder farmers.”

4) New contract in Bangladesh, we have partnered with Sojag, an NGO who helps over 1 million farms with a variety of farming challenges. We look forward to telling you more about this project as it evolves.
