To Our Valued Community,

First and foremost, we want to express once again our deep regret for the recent events that have impacted both you and the Dimitra team. While our commitment to security has always been a priority — with safeguards such as cold wallets and, in some cases, requiring multiple signatures for transaction approvals — these measures, unfortunately, proved insufficient in this specific instance. We acknowledge the need to implement additional protective measures and sincerely apologize for not fully meeting the trust you’ve placed in us.

However, thanks to the protocols we have in place to prevent further access and the team’s swift response to the situation, we were able to minimize the damage caused by the hacker to our project.

Now, our focus is on learning from this incident. We are working closely with the authorities and specialized security teams to strengthen our processes and explore every avenue to recover the tokens. Moving forward, the majority of the tokens that were minted preemptively are locked in cold storage as we are planning the long term distribution strategy.

While this challenge is significant, we remain optimistic and unwavering in our mission. Our global team, with representatives in over 60 countries, continues to promote our technologies and the utility of the DMTR token. Dozens of projects focused on traceability, EUDR compliance, RWA, carbon credits, and ESG are actively being discussed with partners. According to our roadmap, these projects will soon generate buy-back operations for DMTR tokens, funded by revenues paid in fiat.

In parallel, the Dimitra Protocol is reaching the final stages of its whitepaper, and the initial protocols are already under development and negotiations with prospective partners are progressing positively. Just to give you an example, in Brazil alone, we are exploring an agreement to process productivity forecasts for over 150,000 farms spanning more than 3 million hectares. These farms would be connected to our protocol, consuming DMTR. Although we cannot guarantee the signing of the contract, Dimitra is currently the only company being considered for this service. We also have requests for this service from many other regions around the world like Africa and Asia.

Other protocols, such as environmental compliance, are in high demand from paying customers and EUDR will become mandatory by the end of 2025 for all farms exporting to Europe.

With the Dimitra Protocol, companies all around the world that provide services to farmers will be able to access our services in a simplified and decentralized way, always consuming DMTR. This approach opens doors to millions of additional farmers without requiring the traditional sales process for our platform. We are decentralizing access to our solutions, and we are excited to confirm that the litepaper will be released by the end of this week as previously promised.

Fortunately, Dimitra continues to expand its operations and has secured key partnerships with influential organizations. These include multinational corporations like Arasco, innovative projects like Munich based Alrighty — Care Trade, globally recognized institutions like FAO, industry-leading associations like ABRAFRUTAS, government bodies like the State Government of Roraima, and cooperatives representing over 1.2 million farmers, such as those in Ethiopia whose coffee production will be processed and traced to one of the top 5 roasters in Europe through Dimitra’s platform for years to come. We firmly believe that, with the community’s continued support, we will recover from this crisis swiftly. This is driven by the increasing utility of DMTR and Dimitra’s ongoing real world business growth.

We have the right people on our team and the best community to tackle this challenge. Together, we thrive.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support. Together, we will overcome this challenge and emerge stronger than ever.

Sincerely,

The Dimitra Team
